AI implementation

AI used where it genuinely helps

Some jobs are a great fit for AI. Others need to come out exactly the same every single time, and those deserve to be built for precision. We'll work out which is which for your business, and use the right tool for each.

Reading messy documents and drafting replies

Reading a messy invoice or a scanned form. Sorting incoming email by what it's about. Drafting a first reply for you to approve. Pulling the one clause you need out of a long document.

When plain automation is the right tool

Some jobs need the same right answer every time, and we build those to be exact. They run fast, they cost less to run, and you can count on them completely.

You decide what runs on its own

You choose which steps go ahead by themselves and which ones wait for your say-so. Most people start cautious and hand over more as they watch it work.

Where plain automation fits Every input looks the same fixed steps Same answer, every single time. Fast, cheap to run, completely reliable. Where AI fits Every input arrives differently reads it understands it Messy, inconsistent, never quite the same. Handled without anyone re-typing it.
Same job, two different tools. We use whichever one the work actually calls for.

Common questions

Will it make things up?
No. Where accuracy has to be perfect, we build it to be exact and repeatable. Where we do use AI, its output is checked against the source or approved by a person before it counts.
Whose AI do you use?
Whatever suits the job and your situation, including keeping everything private where the data needs to stay in-house. We're not tied to any one vendor, so we can pick on merit.
What does it cost to run each month?
We'll work it out with you before we build, and tell you what would push it up, so there are no surprises later.
