Will it answer questions about pricing?
If your prices are on your site, yes. If they're not, it tells the customer and points them to you.
What happens when my site changes?
It keeps itself up to date as your site changes, and we check it's still answering accurately before anything goes live. You don't need the maintenance add-on for this, it comes with the agent.
Can I turn it off?
Any time. It's one line of code on your site, so removing it or cancelling the add-on takes a moment and leaves everything else exactly as it was.
